Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will build productive trust relationships with customers, process sales transactions accurately, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The position involves a dynamic day-to-day environment where you may assist customers in person and over the phone, mix products to customer specifications, stock shelves, and assist with deliveries.
This position is based at Store #4379, located at 2380 Erie Boulevard East, Syracuse, NY 13224. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
