Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be the face of the brand, building productive trust relationships with customers both in person and over the phone.
In this position, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with product features, maintain high quality and visual standards, and assist customers in presenting appropriate products and services. The role involves resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring the store remains a welcoming and professional environment.

This position involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. To protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public, a review of criminal history is necessary for this role.
