Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be the face of the brand, building productive trust relationships with customers both in person and over the phone.
In this position, you will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day environment where you may assist with tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, stocking shelves, setting up displays, and assisting with deliveries. You will also be responsible for maintaining precise work order files and ensuring assigned areas remain in-stock and presentable.
This position is based at Store #2160, located at 11685 Sheldon Road, Tampa, FL 33626. The role involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
