About the Role

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be the face of the brand, building productive trust relationships with customers and staying up-to-date with product features to maintain high quality and visual standards.

This is a part-time position based at Store #7004 in Mesa, AZ. The role involves direct contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. It requires a commitment to safety and operational integrity.

Hiring Process
