About the Role
Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
This position is located at Store #708231 in Anchorage, AK. It is a full-time role requiring bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively serve our diverse customer base. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is conducted to protect the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Requirements
