About the Role

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Location and Schedule

This is a part-time position. The selected individual will be expected to work within a 15-mile radius of either Store #3025 (4278 S. 27th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53221) or Store #3713 (11010 W. National Avenue, West Allis, WI 53227). The role involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Hiring Process

1. Online Application: Find the role on our Careers page and set aside 15 minutes to create your profile by entering or importing your details.
2. Digital Interview: Upon review, qualified candidates will be invited to complete a digital video interview via HireVue. This consists of behavioral-based questions and can be completed on your own schedule within 7 days of receiving an invitation.
3. In-Store Interview: Top candidates whose video interviews are reviewed by our Recruitment team will be invited to meet with the team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.
