Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
The selected individual will work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #1264, located at 9210 Westport Road, Louisville, KY 40242. This is a full-time position.
