Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
The selected individual will work at a store within a 25-mile radius of Store #707572 in Baton Rouge, LA. This is a part-time position requiring contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise.
