Founded in 1965, EF (Education First) is a global association of education companies dedicated to opening the world through education. We are in the business of understanding, harnessing the power of language learning to deepen connections between people across the globe. For over 60 years, we have led international educational programs and culturally rich travel experiences that challenge biases, overcome barriers, and pave the way for a more understanding world.
Our mission is to help millions of students discover new places, embrace diverse cultures, and gain fresh perspectives. Through a blend of classroom-based lessons, interactive exercises, and real-world practice, we bring learners to the heart of the language. We operate across more than 50 countries, with offices in some of the world's greatest cities, each filled with smart, driven people who push each other to be better every day.
As an ESL Teacher at our Boston Campus, you will join a truly international environment where you can make a difference while having fun. You will use EF's curriculum and blended learning approach to lead classes of international students with varying English levels, working under the Academic Director alongside the Academic department.
Your day will involve delivering engaging General English and Special Interest courses that ignite students' passion for language learning. You will create interactive, immersive, and meaningful classroom experiences that bring language to life, fostering a positive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment. Beyond the classroom, you will encourage students to get involved in activities, events, and cultural exchanges, helping them connect through the greater campus team. You will also prioritize the well-being and safety of students, following EF's safeguarding policies and responding to any issues that arise.
