About the Role
We are seeking an Escrow / Title Assistant to join our team in Red Lodge, MT. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a great first impression, whether in person or on the phone. You will serve as a vital support link for our escrow and title staff, ensuring departmental efficiency through excellent organization and attention to detail.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, gathering information to determine the best way to assist them. You will work under the supervision of the President and County Manager, communicating with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and customers to facilitate information gathering and document processing. Your day will involve a mix of administrative support, data entry, and direct client interaction, requiring you to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems as they arise.
Hiring Process
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. All candidates offered a position must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Additionally, successful candidates must obtain a notary commission within 30 days of employment.

- check_circleGreet clients and address their questions and concerns regarding escrow and title services
- check_circleFacilitate the recording of documents by reviewing, preparing, and distributing them for official recording
- check_circleUpload necessary documents into document retention software and complete required information fields
- check_circlePerform courthouse searches to identify tax statements, liens, and judgments on properties
- check_circlePerform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, typing, and light bookkeeping duties
