The ERP System Administrator plays a pivotal role in Uplift Education's digital transformation, serving as the primary steward for our Workday ecosystem. This position is critical to assisting with a new ERP implementation and managing the system's long-term stability, security, and functionality. You will act as the bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, supporting key stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, and IT.
In this role, you will not only administer and configure Workday modules but also drive system enhancements and ensure data integrity. You will serve as a technical liaison for helpdesk tickets, manage complex integrations with third-party systems, and provide advanced user support. As a subject matter expert, you will stay current on new features and best practices, while also mentoring junior staff and creating training documentation to empower end-users. Your work will directly support Uplift's growth by analyzing technology needs from both strategic and operational perspectives.

Workday certifications (HCM, Security, Reporting, Integrations, or Payroll). Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Financials). Familiarity with integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and PECI. Prior experience in a mid-to-large organization or multi-entity environment.
