The Equipment Project Coordinator serves as the primary interface between GMM Pfaudler and our customers for open orders, reporting directly to the Director of Technology Sales, Americas. This role is critical to the successful execution of both new and refurbished equipment orders, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
In this position, you will work with multi-disciplinary colleagues throughout the organization to manage all aspects of complex projects. You will facilitate seamless transitions between sales and engineering, manage customer relationships, and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders. The role requires a collaborative spirit within a growth-oriented environment that values initiative.
The primary work location is the GMM Pfaudler office in Rochester, NY. While the role is office-based, occasional travel to other domestic or international locations may be required depending on the nature of the project to conduct status updates, track performance, or attend customer visits.
