About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer/Chief Architect to lead our Technology Development Engineering Divisions. In this role, you will drive process rigor across engineering, quality, safety, risk management, and top technical issues. You will lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering complex mechanical, electrical, optical hardware, and AI/ML software solutions. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating with Technical Directors and Program Managers to execute technical roadmaps that foster innovation and growth across the Business Unit.

Experience developing and executing highly compelling IR&D programs. Demonstrated experience in creating and sustaining new hardware/software product business lines and familiarity with other markets. Active Top-Secret clearance. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
