About the Role

The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and technically proficient operation of assigned equipment at our Kittery, ME location. This role is critical to maintaining our Number One Core Value of Safety. Operators must actively promote safety policies, report all accidents and near misses, and ensure adherence to all company procedures.

In this position, you will manage daily equipment logistics, including completing condition reports and work checklists for the Project Superintendent. The role requires diligent maintenance of the machinery, such as regular cleaning of cabs and interiors, lubrication, and monitoring fuel status to coordinate with the fuel truck. You will also communicate daily needs for supplies like grease, oil, and cleaning materials to ensure operational continuity.
