The Crane Operator is a vital member of our construction teams, ensuring the safe, efficient, and precise operation of assigned equipment to support critical activities such as pile driving, steel erection, and bridge construction. This role exists to uphold our "Number One Core Value" of safety in everything we do while executing skilled lifts that meet rigorous project demands and standards.\n In this position, you will be responsible for the daily care and readiness of your equipment, including thorough cleaning, maintenance checks, and reporting. You will work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to coordinate fuel needs, manage supplies, and communicate daily equipment status. Success in this role requires the ability to read and understand load charts, plan critical lifts, and set up cranes for heavy operations. You will respond to hand signals and radio commands, maintaining a high level of situational awareness regarding utility locations and the safety of those working in the area.
