About the Role

We are hiring an Equipment Operator for our Colorado Aggregates team. If you have heavy equipment operation experience and a strong commitment to workplace safety, we want to hear from you. You will play a critical role in safely executing excavation and material handling operations to meet production and safety goals. This position involves leading daily mining activities, operating heavy equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with industry safety standards—all while collaborating closely with your team to support smooth, efficient operations.

Location & Environment

This is a full-time, permanent field-based position located at our Nissen site in Greeley, CO. The role requires regular outdoor work with exposure to a range of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow. You will work 12-hour shifts with weekend hours as necessary and may travel to various job sites (less than 10%). The environment involves frequent exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and various materials, requiring the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
