About the Role

As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment, ensuring strict compliance with company safety policies and procedures. This role is critical to maintaining the momentum of our projects, as you will perform routine maintenance and daily checks to keep machinery in peak condition.

Your day-to-day involves actively promoting our Number One Core Value: Safety. You will complete equipment condition reports and daily checklists, providing daily updates to the Project Superintendent. The role requires a high level of diligence in maintaining the physical state of your machines, including regular cleaning of cabs, trash removal, interior cleaning, and lubrication. You will also monitor fuel levels and report any needed supplies or equipment issues, such as grease, oil, or the need for steam cleaning, to ensure operations run smoothly.

Hiring Process

Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Heavy/Civil Construction and OSHA 10 certification are encouraged to apply.
