About the Role
As a Farm Worker and Equine Specialist, you will begin your journey with hands-on tasks in farming and manual labor, providing essential support across various operations. This role is designed to evolve, transitioning you into specialized work with animals with a significant focus on horses.
Your day-to-day will eventually encompass critical responsibilities such as foaling, broodmare care, handling stallions, and preparing yearlings. Alongside these equine duties, you will engage in agriculture and horticulture activities, contributing to the farm's productivity and sustainability while managing general maintenance needs.
