As a Large Animal Veterinary Internal Medicine Technician, you will support veterinarians, guide students, and deliver hands-on care to critical and complex patients. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a teaching-focused environment and enjoy a variety of daily tasks. Your day will involve high-impact clinical work, ranging from emergency interventions to advanced diagnostics, ensuring you are directly involved in lifesaving care and specialized procedures.
Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, coordinating care and communicating updates during admissions and discharges. You will also play a key operational role in charge capture, budgeting support, inventory management, and maintaining top-tier biosecurity standards.
