This position serves as a critical bridge between business needs and technology execution, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of complex projects, products, and solutions. You will analyze, verify, and track project lifecycles, recommending strategic plans that guide discovery, design, conversion, and testing phases. Acting as a liaison between agile teams and project stakeholders, you will facilitate smooth operations from initial planning through post-implementation support.
In this dynamic environment, you will not only develop and deliver training programs for users and management but also ensure strict compliance with HIPAA rules, system policies, and legal requirements. Your role involves conducting solution audits, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with implementation teams to troubleshoot issues. You will also gather post-implementation feedback to advise management on necessary improvements and design transition plans for newly acquired facilities. This role requires independent decision-making and the ability to interpret varied work assignments under general guidance.
