Epic Applications Analyst - Professional Billing

About the Role

This position serves as a key technical resource for implementing, maintaining, and supporting Epic EHR applications across specific modules. The role is designed for a professional who can independently analyze and resolve moderately complex issues, leveraging established guidelines and experience to configure and optimize the system. Beyond technical execution, you will actively contribute to process design and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions effectively meet business needs.

In this capacity, you will translate functional requirements into system builds, configure and test applications, and conduct thorough testing of system changes to guarantee seamless integration with minimal disruption to daily operations. You will also participate in the testing and validation of system upgrades while supporting ongoing optimization efforts. Success in this role requires the ability to document complex use cases and workflows, making independent decisions on optimal technical approaches and system configurations.
