About the Role
This position serves as a primary technical resource and subject matter expert for assigned Epic modules, leading the comprehensive analysis, configuration, implementation, and optimization of complex Epic EHR applications. The role is designed to independently resolve advanced, often cross-functional issues while driving significant enhancements and process improvements within specific application areas.
You will act as a strategic partner to diverse stakeholders, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. By collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into effective Epic system designs, developing internal procedures and best practices to ensure quality and adherence to standards. The position offers considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to design, build, and optimize highly complex IT solutions that align with Northwell Health's broader business objectives.
