The Epic Certified Willow Applications Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between technical operations and business needs within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality support and enhancements for Epic Willow applications.
In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert for application workflows and configurations, managing day-to-day operations and prioritizing support activities to ensure timely resolution of incidents per defined SLAs. You will serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders, ensuring system capabilities align with business needs, while coordinating with offshore support teams to facilitate effective communication and task delegation.
Your day-to-day involves maintaining critical system documentation, including workflows and testing protocols, and ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies. You will actively participate in team meetings to provide updates on ongoing work, risks, and resource needs, while supporting broader teams working on other applications. Success in this role requires a blend of technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
