The Epic Certified Willow Applications Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between the Accenture team, software vendors, and clients within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements.
You will act as a subject matter expert for application workflows and configurations, managing and prioritizing daily support and maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs. As a liaison with client stakeholders, you will ensure system capabilities align with business needs while coordinating with offshore support teams to facilitate effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring. Your responsibilities also include maintaining comprehensive system documentation and ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
