This position is part of the Corporate Services Information Services (IS-Epic) team, specifically supporting the EpicCare Ambulatory team. The Application Teams are responsible for the effective implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of Epic System applications. Analysts in this role contribute to the seamless delivery of Epic solutions, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
We are posting this role at three levels based on experience: Associate, Mid-level (Epic Application Analyst), and Senior. Candidates will be aligned to the appropriate level based on their qualifications. Regardless of level, you will serve as a liaison between operational departments and Information Services, ensuring full integration of systems and devices. You will design, build, and test application software to optimize operational processes and clearly articulate workflow changes and best practice solutions to stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role based at 3535 Market Street in Philadelphia, operating Monday through Friday during daylight hours. Applicants must live within Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey, or be willing to relocate.
