As part of the Environmental Services team at the Medical Center, you will serve as a core support to the organization. Our supporting roles are the foundation of all we do, helping us personalize the patient experience through our caring spirit and distinctive capabilities. This position involves performing general cleaning tasks within and outside the Medical Center, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.
You will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas according to established procedures, using chemicals and supplies appropriately, and maintaining equipment such as buckets and wringers. Beyond the physical tasks, this role is deeply rooted in customer service. You will collect soiled linen in public waiting areas, greet visitors cheerfully, and interface with other staff in a friendly, professional manner. By reporting maintenance needs and adhering to safety protocols, you directly contribute to the high quality of care and the continuous improvement of the facility.
