About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a growing organization that values work-life balance, professional development, and community engagement. You will lead and manage environmental projects and client relationships in the Saco, Maine area, serving as a bridge between technical execution and business growth. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing the work of engineers, scientists, and technicians while navigating complex permitting pathways to help clients move projects forward responsibly and efficiently.

Beyond technical oversight, you will drive business development by cultivating professional relationships across commercial, institutional, industrial, and municipal sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding the client base throughout New England, and fostering strategic partnerships with other consultants. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of client goals and the ability to incorporate Haley Ward's core values—Accountability, Responsiveness, Stewardship, Collaboration, Prudence, and Empowerment—into every aspect of your work.
