About the Environmental Project Manager Role
This role is designed to ensure the safe and compliant management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste operations at client locations. As the primary liaison between the client, vendors, and WM, you will direct onsite activities related to the storage, transportation, and disposal of waste, ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
You will manage onsite personnel and maintain pre-established safety and environmental standards. The position requires a blend of logistical coordination, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management. While the role is primarily managerial, it may occasionally involve labor-intensive activities such as drum collection and bulking to support team objectives.
