Our team of environmental professionals includes scientists, ecologists, and engineers. The Environmental and Water Resources (EWR) team is engaged in projects throughout the southeast, serving a diverse client base that includes local municipalities, state agencies, various federal agencies, non-profit organizations, and private clients. As part of the EWR leadership team, this role offers the opportunity to engage across markets and geographies while helping to develop Pond's brand as a thought leader in the industry.
We are seeking an Environmental Discipline/Project Manager to build our growing EWR team in our Denver, Houston, or Atlanta offices. This position has a specific focus on clients regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The successful candidate will coordinate with our existing Energy team and clients to facilitate the completion of FERC documents and reviews conducted by our National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) team. Beyond project execution, you will mentor junior staff, lead various projects, and support non-technical project managers with client communications. This role is integral to our growth, requiring you to interface with clients, pursue business development opportunities, and drive the strategic direction of our environmental services.
