About the Role

We are looking for an Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to join our team in the Phoenix area. This role is designed for individuals who love talking to people and want to grow while having fun. You will serve as the face of our brand, connecting with new customers to spark interest in our bath products and scheduling exciting in-home design consultations. The position offers a unique opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great team that is committed to training you and setting you up for success.

Day in the Life

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will bring energy to trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging directly with customers. You will partner with major retail accounts such as Costco, Sam's Club, and BJ's Warehouse. This is an active role that requires being on your feet and approaching customers in a retail setting. Whether you choose a part-time or full-time schedule, you will be working nights and weekends to drive results.
