About the Role

We are seeking driven sales representatives to join our team in a commission-based position with uncapped daily commissions. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a legacy and create passive income by potentially obtaining contractual ownership of their own agency. You will work with warm leads from families who have specifically requested coverage, meeting them virtually to design policies that fit their unique needs. There is no cold calling, no quotas, and no workplace drama.

The position offers a flexible work environment where you can work from home either part-time (15-20 hours/week) or full-time (30-35 hours/week). We provide best-in-class bonuses and travel incentives, along with one-on-one mentorship and both virtual and in-person training. Hiring Process
