We are seeking an Entry Level Product Support professional to join our Customer Service & Support team. This role serves as the vital first-line contact for both internal and external users seeking assistance with Year Up's products, platforms, and support tools. You will be the face of our organization, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
In this position, you will troubleshoot basic technical and account-related issues while documenting interactions to help drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to resolve recurring problems and enhance the overall user experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented communicator who is eager to learn and committed to our mission of creating pathways to economic success.
Candidates selected for an interview will participate in a series of conversations designed to assess their communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit with our team. The process includes an initial screening, followed by a deeper discussion regarding your experience and approach to customer service.
