As an Entry Level Product Support professional on our Customer Service & Support team, you will serve as the vital first-line contact for both internal and external users seeking assistance with Year Up's products, platforms, and support tools. This role exists to ensure seamless user experiences while gathering critical insights that drive continuous improvement across our systems.
In this position, you will troubleshoot basic technical and account-related issues, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You will collaborate closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to resolve recurring problems and contribute to the creation of user guides and knowledge base articles. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented communicator eager to learn about banking, insurance, and investment workflows while making a tangible impact on our mission.
