As an Entry Level Product Support professional, you will serve as the vital first-line contact for both internal and external users seeking assistance with Year Up’s products, platforms, and support tools. This role exists to ensure seamless user experiences while upholding our commitment to accessibility and clarity. You will troubleshoot basic technical and account-related issues, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and document interactions to drive continuous improvement.
In this position, you will not only resolve immediate customer needs but also collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to identify recurring problems. Your insights will directly contribute to updating FAQs, user guides, and knowledge base articles, empowering users to find self-service solutions. Success in this role requires a strong customer-service mindset, the ability to communicate with empathy and clarity to diverse users, and a genuine eagerness to learn about banking, insurance, and investment workflows.
