As an Entry Level Product Support professional on our Customer Service & Support team, you will serve as the vital first-line contact for both internal and external users seeking assistance with Year Up's products, platforms, and support tools. This role exists to ensure that our users receive accurate, timely, and empathetic support, directly contributing to the seamless delivery of our programs.
In this position, you will troubleshoot basic technical and account-related issues while responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your work will involve documenting interactions in ticketing systems to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to resolve recurring problems and enhance the overall user experience.
