Year Up United is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the opportunity gap by providing young adults with the skills, experience, and network to succeed in the Banking, Insurance & Investment industries. Our mission is to advance economic mobility for diverse young adults, empowering them to build sustainable careers and transform their futures.
As an Entry Level Product Support professional on our Customer Service & Support team, you will serve as the primary bridge between our students, alumni, and employer partners and the digital platforms that power their success. This role exists to ensure that every user can navigate Year Up's tools with confidence, allowing them to focus on their growth and development.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding our platforms, responding with empathy and clarity via phone, email, and chat. Your day will involve troubleshooting basic technical and usability issues, documenting interactions in our CRM systems, and collaborating with program managers and IT teams to resolve recurring challenges. Beyond immediate problem-solving, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products by identifying patterns in support requests and assisting with the testing of new features before release.
We are looking for detail-oriented communicators who are eager to learn and deeply committed to our mission. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about using technology to drive social impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow your expertise while making a tangible difference in the lives of our community.
