As an Entry Level Product Support professional, you will serve as the vital first-line contact for both internal and external users seeking assistance with Year Up's products, platforms, and support tools. In this position, you will troubleshoot basic product issues, respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and escalate complex cases to senior staff. Your work will directly impact user experiences by documenting support interactions, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring problems. You will also contribute to the creation of FAQs and user guides, helping to empower self-service support for our community.
