We are seeking an Entry Level Product Support professional to join our Customer Service & Support team. This role serves as the vital first-line contact for both internal and external users seeking assistance with Year Up's products, platforms, and support tools. You will be the face of our organization, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
In this position, you will troubleshoot basic technical and account-related issues while documenting interactions to support continuous improvement. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experiences by collaborating with program managers and cross-functional teams to resolve recurring problems. You will also play a key role in empowering self-service support by contributing to the creation and updating of FAQs, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
