We are seeking Entry-Level Construction Laborers to join our field operations teams in the Charleston area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in construction, with no prior experience required. You will work as part of a team in a physically demanding field environment, performing general labor duties on active construction jobsites.
Your day will involve assisting with site setup, cleanup, and organization, as well as digging, grading, and performing earthwork using hand tools. You will move tools and materials, perform basic maintenance on equipment, and assist skilled craft workers and equipment operators. As you grow, you will learn to safely operate various hand and power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, pneumatic tampers, and jackhammers.
This role requires extensive travel to jobsites throughout the Texas+ region and surrounding states. Employees will receive comprehensive on-the-job training in construction methods, equipment use, and safety procedures. For strong performers, opportunities for additional training, skill development, and advancement are available.
