As an Entry-Level Construction Laborer, you will join a motivated, hardworking team in a physically demanding field environment. No prior construction experience is required; instead, we seek candidates with a strong work ethic, a coachable attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
You will perform general labor duties on active construction jobsites, assisting with site setup, cleanup, and organization. Your day will involve digging, grading, and performing earthwork using hand tools, as well as moving materials and equipment. You will also assist skilled craft workers and equipment operators, learning to safely operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, pneumatic tampers, and jackhammers. All employees receive comprehensive on-the-job training in construction methods, equipment use, and safety procedures, with opportunities for additional training, skill development, and advancement available for strong performers.
