About the Role
We are seeking Entry-Level Construction Laborers to join our field operations teams based in the Charleston area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in construction. No prior construction experience is required; we are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals who are willing to travel, learn new skills, and work as part of a team in a physically demanding field environment.
In this role, you will perform general labor duties on active construction jobsites, assist with site setup and cleanup, and perform earthwork using hand tools. You will move materials and equipment, perform basic maintenance on tools, and assist skilled craft workers and equipment operators. Employees will receive comprehensive on-the-job training in construction methods, equipment use, and safety procedures. Opportunities for additional training, skill development, and advancement are available for strong performers.
Location and Travel
This position requires travel to jobsites throughout the Texas+ region and surrounding states. Daily per diem is provided when traveling, and lodging is covered for travel assignments.
