As an Entry-Level Caregiver in Shelburne, VT, you will provide respectful, professional, and compassionate home care to clients across Chittenden County. You will travel to clients' homes to offer friendly companionship, social engagement, and support with day-to-day activities. Depending on individual needs, you may assist with personal care, housekeeping, mobility, meal preparation, transportation, and medication reminders.
Our goal is for you to build genuine relationships with clients, helping them see you as a friend rather than just a caregiver. You will coordinate with families and office staff, show up on time, and do whatever it takes to elevate our clients' happiness and well-being. Even if you join us part-time, you will be able to take pride in making a full-time impact.
We serve the Chittenden County area and will match you with nearby clients to help minimize drive time. Once you start, you will have a set weekly schedule based on the needs of our clients, with options for day, night, weekend, on-call, and overtime hours.
