About the Role

You will join our Virtual Investigations Operation Center in Tampa, FL, where you will be physically present daily to conduct comprehensive background investigations. Your work involves using technology and electronic tools to conduct interviews with subjects, employers, associates, and references, while reviewing records to establish the background, reputation, character, and suitability of individuals under investigation.

This role is designed for those with a strong sense of mission supporting national security initiatives. You will resolve material issues to ensure accurate findings, utilizing Virtual Teleconference (VTC) as the primary method for interviews while maintaining a physical presence at the designated onsite location. The position includes an intensive multiweek onsite training program with additional shadowing and mentorship from experienced investigators to help you master the craft.
