Our Asset Maintenance teams are the backbone of terminal reliability, ensuring that critical equipment remains operational to support vessel and terminal performance.
The Maintenance Shift Manager serves as the technical control point for shift-based maintenance execution. In this role, you will be the single point of contact for operations teams, responsible for the rapid diagnosis, prioritization, and restoration of equipment critical to vessel and terminal operations. You will oversee the execution of maintenance work orders through third-party partners, track key performance indicators like Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and ensure that all activities adhere to strict safety and environmental standards.
