As a Senior Structural Engineering Project Manager, you will serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR), leading the successful delivery of highly coordinated and detailed structural engineering drawings. This position is designed for a leader who thrives on organizing, planning, and budgeting for multiple concurrent projects while acting as the central hub for internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, owners, and design teams.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of impactful, architecturally-driven buildings across higher education, public/municipal, and high-end custom residential sectors. The work encompasses new builds, remodels, and renovations. Beyond technical oversight, a core part of this role is cultivating a team environment that fosters collaboration, accountability, and the professional growth of engineers and interns.
