About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be the guardian of the resort's technical magic. Your day will involve ensuring that audio, lighting, automation, video, and projection systems operate seamlessly to support our live entertainment and guest experiences. You will troubleshoot equipment faults by interpreting blueprints, drawings, and schematics, often working in dimly lit or dark conditions to maintain the show's integrity.
Your role requires hands-on engagement with the venue's infrastructure. You will remove and install complex equipment assemblies using hand and power tools, navigating confined areas and varying environmental conditions. From preventive maintenance inspections to operational checks, you will verify that venues open safely and on-time. Whether operating shows solo or as part of a coordinated team, your ability to respond to equipment failures or emergencies ensures that the magic never stops.
