About the Role

Behind every great sales rep is a Solutions Engineer who makes the magic happen. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with customers while partnering closely with your Client Executive to drive business outcomes, winning together across both existing accounts and net-new opportunities. This role blends deep technical expertise, strong channel collaboration, and a high-energy, team-first culture where we work hard, win together, and actually enjoy doing it.

You will design, architect, and configure solutions across complex enterprise environments, managing multiple deals at various stages from new logos to long-term strategic accounts. You will bring the art of what's possible to every engagement, leading deep discovery sessions that uncover real business challenges and future-state goals. Whether driving protect-and-expand motions or engaging customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness and data strategy, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless outcomes.

Location & Work Model

This position must be located within a commutable distance from our NetApp HQ in San Jose, CA. At NetApp, we embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
