About the Role

Behind every great sales rep is a Solutions Engineer who makes the magic happen. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with customers while partnering closely with your Client Executive to drive business outcomes, winning together across both existing accounts and net-new opportunities. You will design, architect, and configure solutions across complex enterprise environments, managing multiple deals at various stages from new logos to long-term strategic accounts.

This role blends deep technical expertise, strong channel collaboration, and a high-energy, team-first culture where we work hard, win together, and actually enjoy doing it. You will serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor, building strategy with Client Executives to close business. You will lead deep discovery sessions that go beyond the surface to uncover real business challenges and future-state goals, while engaging customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery.

Location & Work Model

This position must be located within a commutable distance from our NetApp HQ in San Jose, CA. NetApp embraces a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
