Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will drive Andgo's expansion into the US Healthcare and Manufacturing/Industrial sectors. You will be an expert at navigating complex enterprise environments, leveraging a robust ecosystem of partners (such as UKG and various System Integrators) to gain strategic insights and build high-level consensus.
This role is designed for a strategic navigator who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will own the full-cycle sales process for large-scale enterprises, acting as the primary driver while leveraging partner relationships to navigate internal politics and accelerate timelines. Your day-to-day involves maintaining bi-directional communication with our partner network to gain deep understanding of prospect pain points and existing infrastructure, while building a robust pipeline within the US Health Systems and Manufacturing sectors.
You will represent Andgo at key industry and partner events, leading strategic onsite meetings to cement major enterprise partnerships. Success in this role requires a "Challenger" spirit—you won't just sell software, but will teach prospects about their own inefficiencies and prescribe a better way to manage their workforce.

This position is 100% Remote (US). While the role is remote-first, it includes occasional strategic travel focused on key deal milestones and high-impact onsite meetings.
