The Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Deputy Manager is a seasoned leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day progress of a multifaceted program. This role serves as the strategic bridge between the Government customer, technical and business managers, immediate staff, subcontractor partners, and program support personnel. By blending deep technical knowledge with strategic management skills, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of complex technical environments.
In this position, you will act as the secondary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Task Leads, and federal civilian agency stakeholders. You will advise the Program Manager on strategic planning, fiscal management, procurement, and administrative oversight. Your day-to-day involves managing project operations to meet production schedules, developing budgets, identifying risks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables are provided on time. You will oversee the creation and management of an Integrated Master Schedule, utilizing program management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances. This role requires constant interaction with senior and executive-level government staff to proactively provide leadership feedback on key program metrics and contract activities.
