About Peraton

Peraton is a next-generation national security company driving missions of consequence that span the globe and extend to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. As the world's leading mission capability integrator and transformative enterprise IT provider, we deliver trusted, highly differentiated solutions to protect our nation and allies. We operate at the critical nexus between traditional and nontraditional threats across all domains: land, sea, space, air, and cyberspace. Our employees serve as valued partners to essential government agencies and support every branch of the U.S. armed forces, solving the most daunting challenges our customers face every day.

About the Role

The Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Deputy Manager is a seasoned leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day progress of a multifaceted program. This role serves as the strategic bridge between the Government customer, technical and business managers, immediate staff, subcontractor partners, and program support personnel. By blending deep technical knowledge with strategic management skills, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of complex technical environments.

In this position, you will act as the secondary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Task Leads, and federal civilian agency stakeholders. You will advise the Program Manager on strategic planning, fiscal management, procurement, and administrative oversight. Your day-to-day involves managing project operations to meet production schedules, developing budgets, identifying risks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables are provided on time. You will oversee the creation and management of an Integrated Master Schedule, utilizing program management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances. This role requires constant interaction with senior and executive-level government staff to proactively provide leadership feedback on key program metrics and contract activities.

Hiring Process

The application period for this role is estimated to be 30 days from the posting date, though this timeline may vary based on business needs and candidate availability. By applying, you express interest in both the role and the company. During the review process, selected candidates may be required to participate in an on-camera interview and a process to verify their identity.

Equal Opportunity

Peraton is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veterans, and considers qualified applicants regardless of other characteristics protected by law.
